Had a landlord we overpaid for electricity and paid us back in the form of more electricity credit. But when it came to look at the next bills she charged us for the credit she had previously given us as a refund.

I heard a massive POP/BANG and looked out my window and there was immediate large flames that are coming from a concreted surface no building so my immediate thoughts were gas explosion. Hope everyone safe and they can get this fire under control soon.
