It is maddening how little can actually be done when Landlords gouge money from you.

In the end we just stopped taking refunds from her. It was cheaper to just overpay out electricity than it was to keep getting double charges by her asking us to pay the refund she owed us.

Went through RTB mediation to try and get someone else to explain to her how her charging us again for something that should be a credit refund is dumb ass behavior but she was too thick for them to get through to her.
