If you’re worried about your job you’re less likely to quit and find work elsewhere. You’re less likely to ask for a raise. It’s pure class war.

I am begging people to understand that the "solution" here - increasingly fragile tech stacks - introduces massive resiliency challenges.
We should be discussing single points of failure more than we do. And this stuff will get worse unless we start rejecting these ideas.
