This video purports to show congresswoman Jasmine Crockett confronting Brett Kavanaugh in a Senate oversight hearing with leaked memos showing that he lied in confirmation hearings about his position on Roe V Wade. No mention of hearing date. Is it fake?

The closest thing I've seen to a plausible plan to deal with Trump thumbing his nose at the courts.
This is literally the point where the judge needs to hold the DOJ in contempt, arrest their attorney, then require a new attorney to respond every hour and keep arresting attorneys until they fucking comply and return this man to the U.S. the court needs to treat this as the threat it is!

It boggles my mind that the reporter interviewing Trump never, never takes the opportunity to ask Trump what law he thinks the object of his persecution has broken. Surely this is the lowest hanging fruit for a journalist.

Maybe we can get Trump to say specifically what the law firms were dishonest about so they can sue him for defamation and take away some of the money's he's now pocketing from bribes. Trump of course knows he's lying, which is why he never is specific in his charges.
Trump: "We have a lot of law firms that we're going to be going after, because they were very dishonest people. They were very, very dishonest. We have a lot of law firms that we're going after."
