Agreed, but I can’t help but feel that the big players in insurance and real estate will continue to have access to climate risk models while average homebuyers have nothing guiding their decision-making
In fairness, the validation of the underlying risk model is less than transparent.
Unfortunately removing the risk scores does not remove the risk

We need to pass Prop 50 today in CA to counter what Trump & TX are doing to gerrymander & steal the election. It’s a temporary measure & essential counter-balance. We also need to work on a federal law mandating all 50 states use independent redistricting commissions to draw congressional districts.
