Watching the Chris Pine Star Trek in the Magic Johnson theater in Harlem and the screeching with glee that occurred when Spock and Uhura kissed.
Also my brother and I stood up to leave three times at Return of the King because we kept thinking it was over, and our attacks of the giggles everytime

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

it is hard to think of another political figure in my lifetime I have turned on harder than Hillary Clinton. I am exactly the right flavor of Middle Aged White Lady to have been DEEPLY emotionally invested in her way back when, but every time she opens her mouth now I’m like “holy shit lady 🤯”
