I'm sure I remember those awfully nice Labour people promising (a "cross my heart and hope to die" promise) that they would reduce our energy bills by £300.

I don't think i'll ever lose my anger towards Johnson, Hancock, Cummings, the whole fucking shitshower, over the handling of the pandemic. As a nurse, redeployed to the frontline, it was one of the most terrifying, exhausting times of my life and my experience was nothing to some of my colleagues.
