Just realised as I was sorting out my pills for a trip to the US that it was seven years ago to the day that I was diagnosed with #parkinsons - not sure we’ve got much further down the path to a cure in that time

A frosty walk this morning with #sophiefromromania in her old not so safe harness after the foxes stole the safe one from our garden. Sophie was in an adventurous mood wanting to go further but we were just a little nervous

Took #sophiefromromania to a great new park today with pal Juno - she was mostly ok but always leaving the path in search of woods because wide open spaces scare her. So we finished with a romp off lead in our back garden

Woke at 0540 with England needing 40 odd, listened until Stokes out with 10 to win. Turned radio off and went downstairs to make tea. By the time I got back upstairs we’d won. Lesson: NEVER listen to England batting, it makes them nervous
