At the airport, about to go on a wee solo trip to Gran Canaria while @gquail.bsky.social is at Warhammer World. Oscillating between excited and anxious. Never done anything like this before or spent this much time apart in 21 years. Sure I'll be fine but having a smol crisis of faith! ✈️

Broadly speaking, left/centre voters believe Brexit followed by Covid are the points where "everything went wrong". But if you're right wing, you think Blair's election was much worth for the path of Britain. 1/x

When did Britain start to go wrong? In @NewStatesman @georgeeaton looks at our polling of when the public think our turn for the worst was. Brexit tops the list, but different voters disagree. Reform voters most likely to pick Blair’s election as putting Britain on wrong track
