In light of the Levy Review potentially giving transphobes oversight of medical research on trans healthcare, Trans Safety Network recommend English trans people OPT OUT of their healthcare data being used in research.

Information on how to do this can be found in the quoted post and thread.

"Immigrants know they can't become *really* British, like biologically racially British, they're just performing their preferred civic nationality, they know they're still biologically foreign"
It is 2025. The EHRC in the UK keeps trying to materialize a trans bathroom ban out of a muddled UKSC opinion third-sexing all trans people. A bill to criminalise those who provide trans minors with transition care passed in the US House of Representatives.

And cis "allies" still think this helps.

You are going to kill even more trans people Wes, this is actually dangerous. HRT changes your biology, if you deny trans people appropriate screening and refuse to take account of the actual biological changes to their bodies, you will kill someone

BBC doing wall-to-wall coverage and apologism today for far-right US shill Machado.

Everything you need to know about her can be covered by her recent pledge to "privatise everything" in Venezuela, and her 2018 open letter to *Netanyahu* to use his power and influence to topple the Maduro regime.

🇨🇭🇺🇲 Switzerland REJECTS Palantir Software

After a risk assessment of the Palantir software in Switzerland, the corporation was rejected, despite years of courting by authorities and army. The fear is that Palantir will hand over sensitive data to the US and to Israel. - - Netz Politik

It's a weird psychosocial terror of being feminized by penetration, but the penetration is "your feelings being affected by people you care for," a basic element of being a social creature. They want to amputate a key chunk of human nature in the name of being totes alpha masc bros.

"Haha, they think it's gay to like women!"

a) Kind of always has been

b) Understand the reactionary logic at play instead of dismissing it as silly, because it has more cache with young men than it should.

I sort of wish y'all took this more seriously, because this attitude is a reinforcement of heterosexuality as a hierarchy. It's an acknowledgement and understanding that it's not enough to "be with" a woman, or even to father children.

They define manhood as exploitation, abuse, and dominance.
"Everything straight is actually gay" is my favourite kind of ragebait posts by these morons.

Oh she is finding a way huh? I literally pointed out the way minute after the Supreme Court ridiculous ruling.

It is to bring section 14 of the Equality Act into force. Any of her lawyers can draft a reasonably good SI in no time. If she want it perfect, she can even hire me, I bill at £300/hr.
Fucking state of this. Acting like they are completely powerless to do anything since the SC judgement.

Any new way of including people without amending the Equality Act will just be all-new segregation, now with added ‘dignity and respect’.

We must #ChangeTheNarrative!

Dr Beth Upton was fully acquitted of all wrongdoing in yesterday’s Employment Tribunal decision. Yet she has been vilified by a toxic & poisonous media for months.
It must stop!

Congratulations, and solidarity, to you, Beth!

A lot of journalists are writing stories about DIY now and I don't trust any of them not to scaremonger about it to build support for crackdowns. I've refused requests for interviews on this. Do not talk to the media about DIY.
Trans people need to be careful about talking about DIY. Yes talk about it in the general sense, quote the facts and figures but be careful. Don't give away sources to cis folks. Don't talk to journalists about the details. They're coming for it.

I should have been. Beth cleared, further support for the illegality of total bans.

But what was done to Beth by those who should know better was unforgivable. By the judge and the media, I mean, and the media are still doing it.

Used to think I would fight in court too. I wouldn't survive.

Looking at the papers and broadcast media today having read the press summary of the Sandie Peggie judgment is wild.

They either haven’t read it or are lying about it.

And then people wring their hands about trust in institutions or bemoan people resorting to social media for news.

Because like politicians, the media have been dragged into what they believe is popular opinion because of social media. The misinformation war is being won by those seeking to dismantle the liberal world and it’s being helped along by a lack of critical thought in institutions

Sandie Peggie: I can't really think of an example of anything else recently where the media has so misrepresented what actually happened? It's not "clever" language, it's not even what happened with Israel. It's just incorrect.

Like it does feel like a bit of an escalation.

The idea that “once any transphobe has complained, we lose our rights” is now portrayed by the media as the new law. In reality, no lawyer would take that as a correct takeaway of the ET judgment.

Also another recent ET, Leonardo, goes even further, held that inclusion is not optional.
