After a long hesitation, finally tried Palworld and i'm getting obsessed
I'm usually not big in survival, but the fact your pals work while you explore cut so much of the usual tedium
Also it's just a weird game in lot of fascinating ways wh the contrast between cute pals and forced labor/violence

The latest episode killed a lot of my enthousiasm by making me realise the season isn't actually setting up to play with all the cool NV factions, but about showing that all those cool factions and settings are dead or dying.
Feels like spite at that point. It's so strange.
