I'm going to be the insane person on the street holding the sign about this until it happens: they need an OL coach that will actually develop them as players, establish an identity & push back against whoever in the org thinks it's a good idea to alternate linemen on drives (Gute or LaFleur)
I don't want to hear about the offensive line, because it's the best it's gonna be for the next 3ish seasons. Figure it out

But if we can’t run the ball because the line can’t block & 98% of Jacobs’ yards come after he’s hit immediately at the LOS, by all means that’s no reason to quit doing what you’re doing & try something else, like help the OL build solidarity & consistency
