It’s simple:

The truth is there are three kinds of people: the disabled, the pre-disabled, and the doomed to die suddenly. Most of us will be disabled at some point.

i feel like people assume biphobia is like getting half-homophobia, when really it's catching situational homophobia AND also a whole other structural thing as well.
Bi+ women are more likely than straight and gay women to experience domestic abuse, regardless of the gender of our partner, but we're told we could avoid it if we avoided cis het men. This is victim blaming, and Gold Star Biphobia.

TIL that for some people with irreparably damaged corneas, you can pull one of their teeth, drill a hole in it, install an artificial lens, sew it into their cheek (so tissue attaches), then pull it out and stick it in their damaged eye, and ... it works fine!?! www.nbcboston.com/news/health/...

The 1968 Zeffirelli version of Romeo and Juliet. Vividly, there were, however briefly, boobs in school. Sadly for teens everywhere, the Luhrmann film came out shortly after, though I definitely enjoyed that too.
