This isn’t a disagreement about a documentary, it’s a full-blown attempt to bring down our public service broadcaster. And these rags are loving it.

Some of the stray dogs living near Chernobyl have recently turned blue. This confused scientists for weeks, until they realized they had simply been rolling around in chemicals from a nearby set of portable toilets. 14/10 for all

This is just a Michael D. Higgins appreciation post. A truly wonderful President of Ireland, and a man with great taste in books. Wishing him all health and happiness (and time to read) in his retirement! @communitywealth.bsky.social

I mean seriously, one of the key roles of civil servants is to protect ministers. Something has gone very badly wrong here.

This week is your last chance to visit Bearwood's very own Dr Who Experience!

Don't miss the opportunity to venture into the interior of the TARDIS (it's bigger on the inside!), Push the iconic 'Time Flush' handle, play with the sonic wipers! Gaze into the mirror of dimensions!

Does anyone know of a complete criminal justice dataset that includes cases with data from initial reporting to sentencing? I don't care how big or small it is. I'd prefer it be from the US but beggars can't be choosers.

Michael Prescott's report makes vital points about the importance of being accurate, and also how difficult that is. For instance, he describes himself as having been Political Editor of the Sunday Times for 10 years, which is not what the Guardian reported when he left the job.
