Absolutely pathetic
I found the dumbest most pathetic post on the internet today:

This is bad enough, yes, that I could even see this going differently en banc. Not definitely, it's the Fifth Circuit, but I could see the votes for it.

From more at Law Dork, here are the reasons why 160 different judges have reached a different conclusion than Jones and Duncan:

This is a very, very bad decision from one of the two Reagan judges left on the Fifth Circuit, joined by one of the two most extreme Trump appointees on the court.

And, it is about the issue I walked through at Law Dork earlier this week, in the context of Minnesota: www.lawdork.com/i/186796727/...

The January 6 President

January 6 was not the end of a crisis—it was the moment America chose to postpone accountability. Five years later, the cost of that delay is no longer theoretical. It is political reality, and it is still unfolding.

Minneapolis has real Boston 1775 vibes lately. No surprise that John Adams—a moderate farmer and lawyer, yet the principal agitator for independence—was radicalized against the English crown by its Eye of Sauron-like brutality against his city.
If you see what ICE is doing to my city and you’re still protecting it, you are the enemy and we will not forgive or forget you.

Excellent reminder from CNN's Brian Stelter. Basic human decency.

"Take a stand in defense of decency." "This is not normal behavior. This is not healthy behavior." @brianstelter.bsky.social
The racist meme is (among many other things) a reminder, as if anyone needed it, that Trump's late-night posting-spree behavior on social media is not normal or healthy.

📈TrumpRx price for acid reflux drug Protonix💊= $200, with no generic options offered. Generic version of this common acid reflux pantoprazole drug at Walmart and Safeway= just $10-12. Price inflation => 18x. Don’t fall for the scam.

(🚨) This is a personal investigation—after finding my name multiple times in the Epstein Files—that transformed into a novella. It changes how we must see the Trump-Epstein Scandal. It’s long, fully sourced, and harrowing.

And it goes places you’d never guess.
Jeffrey Epstein Was Obsessed With My Tweets Just Before His Death—And Now I Know Why
The new Epstein Files drop reveals that just weeks before the arrest that would lead to his death, Epstein was focused on the thesis of my 2019 bestseller, Proof of Conspiracy. The reason shocked me.

While reporting this, I had something happen that's never happened. A comms rep for one of the co's disputed my reporting and said what I was telling them was untrue because it was not in Grok, xAI's chatbot.

I was looking directly at the files. And this person was using AI to challenge the truth.
Epstein had many known connections to Silicon Valley CEOs, but less known was how he made money from those relationships.

We did a deep dive into how he got dealflow in Silicon Valley, giving him shots to invest in Coinbase, Palantir, SpaceX and other companies.

The story claims that she works behind the scenes to stop some administration excesses. But in the highlighted example, she (1) gets upset about a child getting snatched; (2) calls Noem; (3) totally buys Noem's bogus story; (4) loses interest by the time it's obvious Noem was lying.
This is the same Katie Britt who sneered that Dems' reasonable demands for restraints on DHS are a "Christmas list" and blamed Dems after the ICE murder of Renee Good
paragraph 48: "In Mr. Trump’s second term, Ms. Britt has voted in line with the president 100 percent of the time."

I am. But there are three things at play here regarding ICE collecting private data. Quick rundown on the issue, why you should be paying attention, and what I'm doing about it:
So which politician is calling for the dismantling of the probably illegal database that ice & this government is collecting biometric data of protesters?

The president constantly lying about stolen elections, after staging a coup attempt, & now threatening to federalize & steal future elections, should be the primary news story in the country 24/7 & on every front page until he is impeached & removed next week.
