Thinking still about that study that shows that the majority of trans girls are kept from transitioning until after puberty. The people who want and need it most are locked out of transitioning while the easiest transition socially & medically is handed to the cohort who detransition at high rates.

Theres something hateful about trans girls triangulated into delaying any transition after they've fully unwillingly gone through testosterone puberty vs the easy access pathways for bodies that can be masculinized at any age due to the lesser permanent impacts of an estrogenized puberty.
