Last word for tonight: none of us are saying to not get blood tests! They are useful and often necessary for monitoring your levels, but you can get them privately from a Randox (UK), Labcorp (USA), etc and interpret your levels yourself instead of having a doctor who isn’t on your side do it

People need to stop telling others to go to therapy. The therapy system is highly corrupt and we need to acknowledge and talk about the power society gives mental health providers and how it is weaponized against people. You can't buy sincere support and honesty from a stranger
