Board game bliss had this at a Deep discount so I leapt at it. It says it’s compatible with fifth and sixth editions of Catan, but I’ve got fourth. Am I messed up?

Since this was in a Behind the Music I always thought it was a work.
Although Devo said it was devastating, because his Devo style song ("Dare to be stupid") was such a perfect expression of everything they wanted to say that after him they didn't feel they had anything left.

Call me a carceral urbanist but I think that you should have to go to jail if you kill an entire family with your car.
Further, we should hold elderly drivers in particular responsible for the their actions because we need to create a deterrence effect to encourage people to stop driving.
