Tbh this is a good advice in the sense that doing things that counter depression and anxiety dont solve depression and anxiety but they do allow you not to be completely hollowed out by it
If you’re stressed out about current events, don’t just sit on the couch and doomscroll! Exercise is great for your mental health. Try going for a doomwalk, doomjog or a doomcycle! Meet up with friends and play a game of doomball, or even go to the gym and doomlift. You’ll feel better in no time!

You can’t stop fascists by banning them you know, you have to carve out special little exemptions so that no laws whatsoever apply to them and they get to do whatever they want with no consequences. Otherwise the rule of law might be in trouble!

This summer a trans woman was left on a Trolley in a corridor for 12 days which she believed was because of Streetings comments about who can access "single sex wards".
She didn't even have privacy curtains for 9 for those 12 days.

Look up your local pride committee, join it, bring/make friends and allies, then build support for a statement disinviting Labour when the parade comes around.

I lived through Section 28, and impact it had on so many young people's lives. Labour's stance on trans children will be remembered with the same horror and disbelief we have for that piece of legislation now. This is a policy based on a minority opinion over fact, and will harm trans young people.
