If The Outer Worlds 2 has an encumbrance limit it is clearly stupidly high. This is excellent design, encumbrance sucks and everyone hates it.

They spent months burning all the goodwill they had by inviting in TERF landlords and refusing to kick them out, then the TERF Landlord in Chief leaves on his own for entirely different reasons.

Normally, when you try to give a villain depth it involves giving them an understandable motivation of a tragic backstory to justify their actions. The DS9 writers laugh at such amateurs. For seven years they added layers of depth to Gul Dukat, and every time he looked more evil.
