So the House is going to vote TOMORROW on the DHS funding bill that includes funding for ICE.

There's a real chance we can get Dems to vote NO on any bill with ICE funding to sink it.

Once it goes to the Senate we likely lose this chance.

24 hours. Go.

Our constituents are being surveilled, threatened, tear gassed, shot, subjected to warrantless arrest, kidnapped, and disappeared. 35 people have died in detention in ICE’s deadliest year yet.

ICE’s terror and violence need to end.

Is it @startribune.com policy to refer to anyone confronting ICE as a protester? This obscures the nature of what people are doing. We're not protesting ICE. We're constitutional observers documenting human rights abuses by agents of the state.

This was literally one of the reasons the founding fathers went to war
🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!

ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.

Did you ever think you'd see the day when masked gunmen jump out of moving vehicles and chase families down the street in your own neighborhood?

103 days into the "ceasefire." Hours after Netanyahu joined Trump's "Board of Peace."

Israeli forces just killed 3 more journalists.

They were on assignment to film a camp in Gaza, to document the plight of Palestinians displaced by Israeli bombs.

Instead, Israel killed them.

Hey cuties. You need a valentine set right now, I can tell. It's only $20. You get 20 of them, 4 designs, & each one has a little fact inside.

I need a little more cashflow into Skype a Scientist to do the amount of shit I want to do this year. These valentines are a good start!

This is a good start and I'm happy my state is doing it before things get as bad here. We need to remember though that it is a privilege for us to have the time to prep for this and a disgrace that we even have to.

Anti Muslim hate remains a celebrated form of bigotry in America. Had he said this about Jews he’d be rightly condemned. But this will not only go unpunished, it’ll be embraced by MAGAs.

Okay, so I am in the minority here, because people are blaming the judges for not noticing this, but the State did not make this argument.

The State of Colorado is at fault for not making this argument.
Colorado's Court of Appeals suggested last week that Tina Peters was incorrectly sentenced for a felony rather than a misdemeanor, adding 15 months to her sentence. A closer look reveals that misdemeanor charge didn't exist at the time of her crime. @marshallglasses.bsky.social reports:
