Hello. I prosecuted crime for a long time. The process of getting a warrant is type out your probable cause statement, call a judge and swear under oath that it’s true, and if the judge finds PC the warrant gets signed. It is not hard: if you have PC they sign. It’s so fucking easy even cops do it.

One common misconception I've heard: The fact that there aren't challengers in some races does not preclude your caucus from sending unbound delegates forward. It's going to be easier to identify if you end up going to walking sub-caucuses for your SD convention, but...

I'm convening my precinct caucus tonight. I'm nervous, but I know I have great neighbors and they'll be supportive. I would encourage folks to caucus, and I promise it's not as bad as you've heard. The annoying ones are the conventions, and you don't need to sign up for those to have an impact.
