I just moved on Dec 1 and every single thing about my situation is a million times better than it’s been in 3 years but i haven’t been able to find a routine yet and it’s made me feel awful. It feels even worse because I’ve been telling myself for 3 years “everything will be great when you move”
Environment matters so much more than I was ever taught as a child. The right place and time is so influential, good or bad.

just moved all my plants back to their original spots (and put my turntable up on my console instead of the lower TV stand.) back to normal 🤷♂️
