✡️ and loud about it. Pretty good with words. He/Him.
Anti-theists fully out here demonstrating that they have zero interest in understanding power dynamics or history. It’s all about feeling like you’re justified in brow-beating people.

Just like many Evangelicals.

Of course they’re going to appeal to the most ignorant, entitled people you know. I recently peeked at the Old App, and the majority of interaction with that app’s LLM was people asking it to do pointless, mundane things, like writing their response to a comment for them.
The LLM thing is remarkable because if anyone was like "I never went to medical school anyway here's my magic anti disease device pls give 100 billion" they'd be laughed out the room or beaten with sticks but we're supposed to let guys who never read a book hand us an app claiming it'll write them

I forget, does someone on Jewsky have a list for "people who try to erase antisemitism by relitigating Semite as a racial category"? Because, if they're not already on it, I have at least one addition.

Just some of the responses from Texas' elected officials:

I somehow don’t think “intellectual diversity” was supposed to be on the surplus-to-bankruptcy scale, but WaPo will be WaPo.
When I worked in WaPo Opinions in 2017-2018, senior editors specifically told junior editors not to factcheck Marc Thiessen and other MAGA columnists, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to publish anything by them at all, and “we need them for intellectual diversity.”
It’s very telling that opening your publication to MAGA “thought” requires a massive downgrade in quality control.

Some day, gentile internet leftists will hopefully grasp the concept of a “semi-closed ethnoreligion.”

But today, they’d apparently rather cape for Nazi race science.

So, I’m a huge Dragon Ball fan. I have the whole manga, I was in the theater for the limited Battle of Gods release, hell, the old Toonami dub is what got me into anime.

But I don’t own the anime because there has never been a good HD release in my region.
It's actually why older films and movies can look really janky! They haven't figured out the motion blur trick or how to apply it to literal film yet!

And animation. Oh boy. "Interpolation" frames are common aka frames in between main frames to mimic motion blur.

This has big “Hitler was a vegetarian and an artist” energy.

Reprehensible assholes can have ideas and ethical standpoints you agree with while still being reprehensible assholes. Stop trying to act like any amount of “good” would cancel our getting and retaining a symbol of Naziism in your flesh.

Didn’t want to post this as a comment, because it’s hugely tangential, but I think, because of how “Islam” often gets translated into English as “submission,” I didn’t realize its root is س-ل-م, the Arabic cognate of ש-ל-ם.

Those are also the respective roots of “Salaam” and “Shalom.”
I am always bummed when I see Islamaphobia coming from the Jewish community. Every conversation I have had about religion with a Muslim colleague or friend has only highlighted our similarities or deepened my understanding of our shared stories.

This said, I’ll fully admit that when Google Maps took me to a random-ass residential street ten minutes away from the office this morning (it even acknowledged that I’d selected my saved Work preset), I caught myself wondering if this was in some way related to AI.
It's so fucking funny that this guy dressed like an off-duty clown and pretended to use a paper map for two days to prove a point, but there's a difference between "Waze uses machine learning to predict routes and traffic patterns" and "we fed every book in the library into an event horizon"
the nyt posts this stuff like avoiding AI for 48 hours is hard and meanwhile i have literally never once intentionally used an AI program for anything ever

Way, way back in the day I worked at GameStop, and we had to give a spiel about a survey and stuff when checking people out. I had to create an internal script for it so I could do it consistently, and it became rehearsed which meant I could do it quickly. Customers found this entertaining.
my skills have extremely atrophied but setting the office voice mail greeting or leaving voicemails myself requires written bullet points and mental rehearsal, and if I *don't* do that then I don't sound natural
I used to have a job that periodically required me to make building-wide announcements over the intercom and I swear my IQ dropped 60 points the second I hit the talk button bsky.app/profile/cath...

So far, the best use case I've seen for AI is that it enables bigots to more readily out themselves, since they're not constrained by what they can convince others to participate in.

That's an incredibly cold comfort.
Andrew Cuomo’s campaign just posted — and quickly deleted — this AI-generated ad depicting “criminals for Zohran Mamdani.”

Features a Black man in a keffiyeh shoplifting, an abuser, a trespasser, a trafficker, a drug dealer, and a drunk driver all declaring support for Mamdani.

And took up space that could have actually gone to someone with that identity and experience. Your worldview is one that seeks to justify your paternalism, and you’re too busy patting yourself on the back for being “one of the good straight white folks” to see it.
Not what I assumed at all. It's what YOU (and many others) assumed about what I said.

But hey, it's social media who has time for nuanced discourse? Who wants to think back to what 1965-6 was like?

Who wants to hear I started my zine as angry response to the M$M celebration of Malcolm X's death?
You’d think “it has to be a bit.”

But no, there are really people who think assuming a marginalized facade is tantamount to having that marginalized identity.

In reality, it’s cosplay, and it’s offensive. It’s taking the platform of someone who actually has that experience. You did it for ego.

give it a rest dude. i've had queer friends since i was at least 5. i wrote under a gay black persona in a zine as a teen in the 60s. i've been the only straight dude in a queer performance art space & teased for it by the performer who i was there to support. i REALLY don't have time for yr BS.

If you are criticized by a non-Israeli Jewish person in a discussion or on a matter that has nothing to do with Israel and you:

- Bring Israel into it, where it doesn’t contextually fit
- Assume they’re a Zionist with no evidence

Not only are you an antisemite, you’re doing an ad hominem fallacy.
October 24, 2025 at 9:59 PM
I have to wonder how many of the people still trying to make this a discussion, rather than a disavowal, are thinking about their own past “Nazi phase.”
The actual problem is that after two days and two tattoos we’re treating it as a discussion

Instead of

“ I don’t need to know your interior motivation your behaving as a racist who will deny history to prioritize a white mans potential over everyone else’s safety”

So, as much as I’m enjoying this game, some cracks are starting to show. Mostly, Platinum doesn’t seem to grasp how to design their action games around a soft-lock system. They’ve included a hard lock-on (a first for this series), but the game is too fast-paced to make it workable.
I’m enjoying Ninja Gaiden 4 so far. It has enough of the weight and lethality of the older Team Ninja games that it feels connected to the series, but there are some Platinum hallmarks in there that elevate it, such as the perfect guard, perfect dodge, and aggressive parry.

Not that there’s such a thing as a smart Nazi, but even by Nazi standards, Platner is pretty pathetic.
1. Celtic knot and ancient wolf don't make it any better.

2. Now everyone has seen the 1919 on his right arm.

I’m glad Hell isn’t real, because even the people theoretically condemned to such a place wouldn’t deserve having you inflicted on them.

Folks, I do believe that is what you call “a ratio.”
October 22, 2025 at 2:49 AM
It is literally ALWAYS white Christians who, when presented with pushback for explicit and unequivocal antisemitism, try to pivot to Israel, regardless of whether it was at all related to the conversation.

Pathetic, fragile egos.

Just a weird, slightly out there reminder about the significance of tattoos RE the Shoah:

Beyond just Nazi symbols as signifiers of Neo-Naziism, or white supremacist sympathies, tattoos were used DURING the Shoah.

Just, y’know, on prisoners the camps. This gets a lot of media representation.
If it was a drunk accident, you get it removed THE MOMENT YOU FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS.

There is no room for delay, the moment you find out you have Nazi shit on your body you cover it in shame and get yourself a removal appointment immediately.

There's no wiggle room there.

Of all the groups to try to lecture Jews on supposed shared cultural culpability for the horrors of colonization, I’m pretty sure Brits should be the absolute last.
Or should I start demanding that you, personally, give the relics the UK took from Africa back to the ethnic groups they stole them from?

Don’t claim “I’m not in charge of the museum.” You’re a resident of the nation, closer to it than I am to Israel. By your logic, you’re personally culpable.

People need to learn that someone is not obligated to argue against your position using the premises you’ve predetermined for them, and trying to repeatedly project that premise onto them isn’t going to make their points weaker, it’s just going to make you and anyone you associate with look foolish.
