Looks like the Saudis no longer do limb amputation as punishment for theft. That's presumably why Jimmy Carr still has two hands after using Bridget Christie's joke.
It's part of a more fleshed out routine (and worded far better than this) but the joke is essentially in "A Bic for Her". Which was recorded and broadcast.
