Anyone else miss the days when we didn’t fear opening a newsfeed to see what horrors have been inflicted upon us by the administration or SCOTUS?

I miss ignoring the high court & its rulings because they used to be busier clarifying sane laws or negating bad ones instead of enshrining corruption

The Founders thought of Congress & govt as part-time work. Had they foreseen Senators staying for terms longer than their avg 18th century lifetime, they’d have recognized them as the same out of touch aristocracy under which they’d grown up. Maybe they’d have put term limits in back then
Because it isn’t fucking SPORTS.

It’s millions of HUMAN fucking BEINGS’ LIVES.

And these assholes have been shielded from real life for so fucking long, they couldn’t feel empathy if they WANTED to.

And they don’t.

This is ACADEMIC for them.

They did the math, & their PACs pay better.

When someone calls writing “content” they’re pissing on someone’s hard work & passion. “Content” is Technosatan’s henchword.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

Australia's extensive solar power penetration makes so much energy that the government wants to offer free electricity at peak hours.

After the largest peaceful pro-democracy demonstrations in American history, and a blue wave election where voters clearly and loudly said FIGHT ALL OF THIS CHAOS, it is malpractice and disqualifying for an elected Democrat to suggest caving to Trump.

I'm looking in your direction, Chuck Schumer.

I saw someone on my timeline shaming someone else for posting about college football in a time like this.

Folks, if we're going to survive a time like this, we're going to need to avoid burning out from an attitude of 24/7 vigilance and constant outrage.

Let people find joy where they can, please.
