One of my dearest friends just got their copy of THE OCTOBER GIRL Book One and said the store had sold out of all their other copies and that just makes me so absurdly happy. Both that my friend got my book AND that other people are buying it, too.

Finally put on @realgdt.bsky.social's FRANKENSTEIN while drawing this morning and I had to turn it off because I couldn't pull my eyes away from it. Just an absolutely gorgeous movie, even on the screen in my studio. Can't wait to watch the rest. When I don't have 10 pages of comics to draw.

I'm going to start my own "AI" company called MattGPT and just take all the code from other LLMs and mix it all together and sure it's theft, but if I had to stop and get permission from all the "AI" companies, it would only slow innovation and stop me from making a trillion dollars.
