Somehow the egg I cooked this morning in order to increase my protein intake smelled like fragrance/perfume. The outside didn't. Only the inside when it was heated up. So confused.

We've been brainwashed into devoting our lives to making money for corporations while trying to make as much for ourselves so we don't end up like "lazier" people. Our identities revolve around this. A thought- this focus on therapy and psych is causing people not to be allowed to be messy and human, they need to be pathologized and Dx'd by everyone. Just having human reactions to harmful behavior (intentional or not) &people are rifling through the DSM and attachment theory to categorize you

I can't tell if I'm getting sick (flu, COVID etc.) or if my body is responding to the wild fluctuating temps or if I've overdone it... but it's stuffiness and a lot of pain this morning

Been battling on and off for nearly 2 months with a refurbished stove where every time I'd try to heat it up, all you could smell was oven cleaner. VOCs are horrible for my condition - I cleaned it multiple times to no avail.
Today I took the insides apart and cleaned it once more. Finally victory!

On TikTok there's a woman doing a fairly clever social experiment. She's calling churches around the US and asking if they can help her get formula for her baby. She tracks on a spreadsheet which ones say yes. It makes me wish we could strip religious tax exemption from orgs that fail their values.

I didn't know that when you have low B12 and start supplementing, that your body uses more potassium as a result - so if you're like me and not feeling great on B12 supplements, try also taking potassium.
