A reminder that ICE agents are NOT POLICE OFFICERS no matter what their vests say. They have authority only to detain people who are undocumented immigrants. They have no authority over citizens, whether in Portland or Minneapolis.
That said, peaceful protests FTW. Don't give them an excuse.

Small point of clarity. These are federal officers, not police officers. I know it seems like splitting hairs, but in Portland, it has proven extremely useful for us to make that distinction. They are not the same and are beholden to different rules.
