I’ve got quite cross about someone questioning the word “tummy” as a bit patronising. Last time I shared this, someone asked why they don’t say “stomach.” Well, it’s not the stomach. The bits that get bloated and painful are the omentum and the abdominal cavity. Can you think of a better word?
New graphics from Target Ovarian Cancer just dropped. I’m really keen to spread the word about symptoms, so please share either my post or the graphic. Other common symptoms include fatigue & changes in bowel habits, it can seem like IBS, and there’s no routine screening.

Graham passed away peacefully at 6.14am on Saturday 3rd January. Jennie never left his side at the hospice.
