From a European point of view, there is a big question as to whether it is ready to build a new approach to global trade rules in line with modern realities. If it doesn't, very hard to see where any momentum will come from.

I'd love to know the tariff strategy tbh. You can't secure a single deal with 90 days, so instead, you blow up any negotiations you had with a new random tariff rate, but this time, you only have two weeks to negotiate.
