But one lyric calls back to radio commercials of my youth -- "Spell SOCKS! Hey, NOW YOU'RE SPEAKING SPANISH!" and that just BUGS me. Ah well.

So, rather than continue to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels (and incidentally making the world a better place to live) we are increasing our addiction to oil and waging an illegal war to feed the beast.
