Dear rest of the world, do not come to the US.

This is sociopathic.
This is what ICE does every day. Hunt little kids who are here legally. They get sent to a place called the “baby jail” in Texas. Very little of it ends up on video like this. But it’s routine. And disgusting.

By Tuesday, at least 20 people had died after exposure to the frigid air and snow.

The youngest was 27 years old; the oldest was 90 and had dementia. Some were homeless. Some died with drugs or alcohol in their system. All found themselves at the bitter mercy of the cold.

Constitutional scholars say Congress doesn’t have the power to set voter qualifications: buff.ly/MyIg2vF
Citizenship voting requirement in SAVE America Act has no basis in the Constitution – and ignores precedent that only states decide who gets to vote
The House has passed a bill to require proof of citizenship for voting. Although it likely won’t become law, the bill raises constitutional questions.

Who are these people who don't vaccinate their kids? I just don't understand it.
Kids will die from measles. But, as @joho.bsky.social always says, death isn't the only bad outcome. Their immune memory will be wiped. They can lose sight or hearing. Or they can die of pan-sclerosing encephalitis.
Vermont and New York health officials are reporting their first measles cases of the year.

The new diagnoses bring the total number of measles cases in the United States this year to 910 (CDC). The United States reported 2,280 measles cases last year, the largest number in three decades.
