Is he playing Robert Crumb in a movie or does he just look like this

You do not have to study history very closely to understand the point of all of this is to widen the gap between the bosses and the workers. They think you deserve *nothing* and they deserve *everything*. Even Adam Smith, the godfather of capitalism, discussed this very openly (the “vile maxim”)

Late stage capitalism is a nightmare. The idea that delivery workers could be replaced by robots should be *utopian.* The reason it isn't is because we all have to "make a living" in some bullshit capacity.

“Don’t hate on the delivery robots, that’s a really hard job that often goes to immigrants who aren’t paid much and work under terrible conditions"

Yes, the robots are not going to make those peoples’ jobs easier. They are going to replace them and leave them with nothing. You understand that right

Show this to the next Democrat that says trans issues aren't critically important "right now"
Kevin Roberts, President of The Heritage Foundation, claims that evidence suggests a correlation between undergoing Trans Medical Care and acts of violence.

He states Heritage's public policy solution is to ban it for all ages and they're willing to work towards this goal on an incremental basis.

It’s so hard to have a reasonable conversation about AI, because people refuse to see the massive upsides of job elimination, higher electrical bills, hard drive shortages, poisoning black people in Memphis, and an economy where a handful of pedos with bad hair control your life

absolutely insane — this journalist ended up dealing with AI-encouraged stalking herself WHILE reporting on the subject. and when reached out for comment about the stalking Copilot was assisting with, Microsoft gave a milquetoast statement about how they're "committed to building AI responsibly"

I'm kind of astonished to see Roger Avary cited as a shock-surprise "real" filmmaker who's leaning into AI. Roger Avary, associate of Neil Gaiman and Harvey Weinstein, drunk driver who killed somebody, that guy? Yeah, he seems very cool.

I still think the best way to think of the ending of US AID is as the single worst genocide committed by any one US presidential administration.

even given all the horrific things the US has done, it's not really that close. 750k dead already; expected 14 million.
this is exactly why I am absolutely not willing to overlook anyone who was once “advocating for ending USAID” as merely committing a little oopsie-daisy-booboo, by the way
The Project 2025 author is using millions of dollars in USAID money for his own security detail.

It is estimated that 762,000 people have *already died* as a result of Elon Musk and Russell Vought’s obscene murder of USAID, including more than 500,000 children.

Vought is a mass murderer.

I keep flashing back to the end of Top Ten, where our gumshoe heroes have to put down the Golden Age capes because they turn out all to be creepy old monsters and pedophiles. I'm sorry I said "this is a little on the nose," Alan Moore. It turns out real life is pretty heavy handed.

Guys, Schrader has always been insane, it's kinda his whole deal. You kinda have to sort the "visionary director" stuff out from the "guy who escaped a cult to become a cokehead who fetishizes guns and all that that implies" stuff, this isn't news, lol.
He’s gone. His brain has melted into a puddle of viscous green goo...
