A gay guy, a Black man, and a woman walk into a flight deck— that’s not the beginning of a joke, but just a regular day at work! There was so much DEI on this plane that we could hardly get in the air. Luckily my limp wrists were able to wrestle the heavy jet back to the ground 💅🏼

Thats the point. If Unions become a solution for non-union, healthcare for small/medium businesses, the profile of Unions change immediately and the quality of care options go up immediately for those non union workers

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

Saying “no water system in the world could have handled the LA fires” may be accurate, but it sidesteps a larger issue. Water systems were never designed to address the challenges posed by today’s changing climate because, until now, they never needed to.

Even if you adjust for inflation, the US economy is ~6.5x larger than it was in 1960, & our population has nearly doubled. The idea that the federal government is bloated with employees is beyond silly.
