All eugenicists ultimately believe that by an amazing coincidence their own genes are incredibly precious and must be preserved and amplified by any means necessary, traditional mores about consent, etc. be damned.
I think you could be forgiven for naively thinking that eugenics beliefs and being a paedophile are unrelated so be surprised that one chap had both vices. But I do think there is some inner link due to a shared preference for natural hierarchy. "It should be enforced, and when enforced exploited."

This is not true. Republicans win in the South because a majority of voters choose them, not because of "voter suppression." They win ~90% of white voters in much of the South and there are more white voters than Black voters because there are more white people than Black people
I understand why a lot of white liberals are like, fuck the south, because they think about the people in power who are mostly white conservatives. But that is only because of Jim Crow, voter suppression, a lack of real funding for Dems there
