It is really frustrating that almost all advice you see about ADHD tends to be a rotation of the same suggestions, like "use body doubling" or "gamify it" or "use a timer," etc.
It's not that these things do not help, it's just . . . is that it? There's nothing that helps more deeply?

It's weird to not only have lived through an information revolution but also now living through its undoing, all within less than a generation.
Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

21羽め：鯈魚(Tiao-yu)。赤い毛、３つの尾、６つの足、4つの首を持つ鶏のような生き物。鳴き声はカササギに似ている。「食べると憂さ晴らしによい」とされていてなんか笑ってしまったのだけど、ハラノムシ的な存在が心や性格の変調を起こしたりすることもあるのだし、「憂さ」が病のひとつとされていても特に不思議はない(もしかしたら現代の鬱のようなものを指しているのかも？)。「はや」と当てられているのでややオイカワっぽく描いてみました。
