For the second year in a row, the wealth gains for the 100 richest Americans exceeded what ALL American households spent on groceries combined.

~$995B for billionaires vs ~$775B in total grocery spending.

We have an oligarchy and inequality problem masquerading as an affordability crisis.

Saw this video of Tristan Harris on Diary of a CEO sharing what AI-tech bros have shared regarding their motivations pursuing this technology. It’s horrifying.

These tech ghouls have us all on a suicide mission because of their EGOS. 🫠

Really awesome that everyone agrees our healthcare system sucks, but going further to the right sucks more and is unpopular, but going left is communist and gay and would require taxing billionaires so that’s out. No one is allowed to win!

Oh of COURSE this goes up AFTER my wedding photo shoots in Eastern Market
The bronze statue depicting the eponymous cybernetic star of Paul Verhoeven’s 1987 set-in-Detroit sci-fi satire was installed in Eastern Market on Wednesday, nearly 15 years after someone proposed it in a viral social media post.

What a great video about that twat Charlie and so much more.

For some reason (rhetorical), Youtube seems really keen on deleting it. FD Signifier had to reupload and change it a few times already.

Besides the obvious warning of “hey you might die in a fire or hurricane living here” being, ya know, useful, this seems like a good way to ruin people financially. Surprise, that $400k home is nigh uninsurable! Hope it isn’t, like, a significant chunk of your net worth or anything!
Lol, Zillow tried to rate the climate risks facing individual properties. The real estate industry *hated* it, precisely because it worked -- it made selling risky properties more difficult. So they rebelled & Zillow caved.

Don't look up!
