We just launched our campaign’s first ad.

It’s not that we need more Democrats in Springfield—we just need better ones.

Let’s build the future we deserve. Make a plan to vote on or before March 17.

Two developments, one community meeting!

On February 19, there will be an in-person meeting to discuss 60 new homes proposed for two sites adjacent to the 606. 🚲

If you live in or near the area, your attendance is highly encouraged! 🏘️

This eyeroll of an endorsement aside, has anything Waguespack's done in the last decade scream "Progressive Leader"?

We need our local leaders in City Council to take the affordability crisis seriously chicago.suntimes.com/real-estate/...
Affordability — or the lack of it — will define Chicago's housing market this year, experts say
Though home sales remain strong, a dwindling number of listings combined with steady demand means more competition among buyers, which could motivate sellers to raise prices.

250 salons later, our movement is growing.

What started as conversations in living rooms has become a people-powered campaign for a new kind of Democratic Party—one built by listening, organizing, and fighting for our neighbors.

A WBEZ analysis of city tax data and publicly available economic data, reviewed by four economic and labor experts, found a lack of evidence that Chicago’s previous head tax, or its repeal, is to blame for job loss or growth.
Chicago's head tax was long called a job killer, but is there evidence to back that up?

To this point, now that the map is official, unfortunately for the 32nd Ward less tape always seems to be cut when it comes to eliminating hurdles to build housing in our ward. That pink 'Zone 8' with all the Waguespack imposed restrictions definitely sticks out.
