Asked to describe where the ‘tiny pockets of poverty’ in the UK might be found, Yusuf starts talking about tax funds being wasted on education in Wales. That kind of non-sequitur doesn’t sound very fiscally prudent to me - or intellectually cogent. Bullshitter.
