Make sure you're hydrating and eathing. I don't care what you're eating today. Fed is best. Get outside and breathe if you can. Make sure to take your meds. Turn off the news and log off social media for a bit. Do something that brings you joy. The rage will still be there, make it joyful rage.

The victim of today's ICE shooting in Minneapolis has been identified by her mother as Renee Nicole Good, 37.

Video of the shooting shows an agent firing at a vehicle as it drives toward him. The governor and Minneapolis mayor called for calm after the incident. ICE said the agent acted defensively.

Boosting for Gin and hoping we can do some good today and help her cover January's rent. Let's be a light.
Rent is my biggest worry and homelessness my biggest fear. I have been homeless in the past, that experience will never leave me or my anxious heart. If we could get rent paid this week, it would bring so much relief and safety.
$2829 to go now! Just $1329 would secure rent until I start getting regular paychecks again at the end of January. That would be a HUGE relief.

I am having a really bad day but there are people having far worse days and the capacity to inflict suffering is just huge. Empathy and compassion and kindness are what's needed to push back. Empathy and an iron will to not become like the ones who are gleeful in their violence.
