Not really a rubyist (and it's not the key point of @filipamv.bsky.social), but here is a window into my brain.

Just in case anyone wanted to know why I picked up entirely unrelated hobbies like "writing 13,000 words on the Courage offseason".

After the Rubygems drama, I felt frustrated that I can’t escape evil people trying to dominate my life.

I found myself mourning the future I thought we would have; but also hopeful that it’s not too late to start choosing kindness.

End of an era in Courage country as their 4x ironwoman and alternate captain moves on after a great run.

In clearly the most important consequence, the Courage will need to find another designated Hurricanes fan for all their cross-promotion.
Thank you, KK, for 8 record-breaking years with the Courage 🦾

Wishing free agent Kaleigh Kurtz the best in her next journey!

"Scared of Charlotte" is a whole new level of "scared of cities" that I'd never even considered possible
Rep. Pat Harrigan: "I have asked Josh Stein, our governor, to consider working with President Trump to allow the National Guard to come into Charlotte ... use the National Guard as a force multiplier and they can a lot of load off the Charlotte PD."

NC Courage's acquisition of Jaedyn Shaw led directly to a massive playoff upset that ensured the 2018 Courage remain the standard for best overall NWSL season.

Just, um, don't mention exactly how that happened.
