I don't know whether "in the NWSL's discretion" just requires a majority of the Board of Governors, or more.
Clearly one owner should just buy a $1bn league sponsorship to juice the cap via revenue sharing.

I love small sample sizes.
Regardless, given the completely absent depth on the roster at fullback behind two 29-year-olds in Rauch and Williams, it's good to get some youth on board.
