It is critical that collective bargaining agreements be honored in accordance with federal labor laws—especially at a time of tremendous growth for women’s sports.

The best analog is TAM (salary over max budget charge + upper limit to salary + can be used on multiple players + can't be used on regular players)

We someday aspire to “go broke” and be forced to sell an asset we purchased for $2m to a richer buyer for $250m. Gotta have a dream.
The thing NWSL should do is make TAM discretionary. Entirely owner funded. So when the rich owners use it and have star players and the cheap owners don't and get shitkicked, their fans can boo them and call them broke until they sell to real owners.
