I sincerely believe that a writer should be doing the thumbnails if only just to get an understanding of how much text and how many scene changes, establishing shots, and actions can reasonably happen on a page.
Whenever I see people asking for advice on 'how to become a comics writer', I just think of this:

Went to my local GW store today for Beast Feast and ended up winning with this Nagash i painted over the last few weeks! Its my first IRL warhammer event win and I’m really proud of myself (also ignore the paper under him in the second pic that was to keep the magnet glue from frosting the board)

Last full day in Alabama. Ending a vacation, especially one so overdue, is bittersweet. It's been nice to visit my folks and get out of town for a while. I even got myself a souvenir at an antique store in town. But this time tomorrow, it's off to the airport and back to Florida.
