That's our CEO, and this video was taken in Iceland, where half of our team works from. Not that I'm complaining (I work in Oslo, in a brick building by a frozen waterfall), but the views from the Icelandic office are honestly GOALS. 😌

If you don't want the buttons, you can remove the whole title bar for each tiled tab by going to Settings > Tabs > Tab Features > Tab Tiling > Show title bar on each tile.
You'll then be able to reorder tiles by dragging them down again from the Tab Bar to your desired position.
