Anthropic will pay publishers not authors. Some of my work is in the libgen dataset, but I won't get anything from this judgement, because the copyright is held by the copyright mafia: Springer, Elsevier etc. I'm happy for it to be in the dataset and happy for it to be used to train AI models.
