Latest in the series of “literally every poll question you can think of shows how dumb and fatally flawed the strategy that the McSweeneyites have pursued is”.
2024 Reform UK voters are also less likely to describe themselves as anti-Russia (48%) than other voters (66-79%)

A favourite around here is "make the traffic lights more efficient so the traffic flows better" (as if the signal junctions aren't already operating beyond capacity and "tweaked" to the max...) 🙄

Traffic signals are not safety devices.
Am always wary of this crossing on the Western Approach Road, but yesterday took it to a new level.
At least we have speed and power limits on ebikes, though.

The problem with Labour obsessives demanding we hold our noses and vote for them anyway (spoiler: we won't) is that, afterwards, they claim any victory as a mandate to be even shittier... utter double standards.
When we get a Reform government I hope you will acknowledge your culpability. You should be finding common ground with Labour to fight the far right not attacking them. Your short-term thinking will be detrimental to our country.

I had an exchange with one of your sort yesterday. Trying to preemptively blame me for what a Reform government might do to *them* while ignoring what this Labour government is doing to trans and disabled people and immigrants *now*.
They blocked me in the end.
I’ll shortcut it to: Get Fucked.

When ministers defended Starmer over Mandelson’s links to Epstein this week, they rushed to X - a platform that lets users strip photos of women and girls.

Is it surely time for the government to log off X? And is social media too toxic for all of us?
