I think this chap might be in breach of the Public Order Act 1936... which banned the uniform he's wearing in the first place.

Any legal experts like to chip in?
Chap on the right appears to have a genuine vintage British Union of Fascists uniform on.

Musk sent this email on Christmas Day - he already had five kids under the age of 8 at this point.
So if I’m understanding this sequence correctly, from Thanksgiving to Christmas 2012, Elon Musk was essentially pestering registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to throw him a wild party on the island.

I cannot get my head around how badly the Democratic Party are performing right now. Maybe it is structural idk, but beyond a few loud voices there is no organisation, no unified message, and no effective opposition. If they cannot get their shit together now, what is the fucking point?

That's assuming the sample isn't biased in some way, which is a courageous assumption.
The actual number of respondents giving a voting intention here was *51 people*. So you can treat this as something like:

Reform 24% - 50%
Labour 21% - 47%
Green 12% - 34%
Sample size of 143, one month from the election, with no Labour or Green candidates selected

John Oxley points out the clear yet often overlooked point that young men 18-24 are the second most liberal, left-leaning group in society (after young women) - being more so than young-ish thirtysomething women, and older women, as well as than men in older cohorts
🚨🚨 NEW BLOGPOST 🚨🚨

The right wing should be worried about young men. Unlike Europe and the US, British young men are swinging wildly behind progressive parties. Some thoughts on why, and why most of the right are ignoring it.

The long-overdue debate on student loans reminds me of a moment in November 2010 when I had gone straight from a London protest against the £3k to £9k increase (escaping a kettle and running from a police baton charge) to be in the audience of this Question Time episode

Okay so that sample of 143 poll of Gorton and Denton only actually found 51 people with a stated voting intention? I suspect that’s going to make it into some pol sci slide decks.
Tables are up now. The number of respondents for the headline voting intention, once don't knows and won't votes are removed, is 51.

We need to get away from these sorts of arguments on fairness. Some things we do might feel unfair, we do them for the broader benefit of society (inheritance tax feels very unfair, but it should be very high to ensure that unfairness isn’t entrenched across generations)
