Saw a news report yesterday about children as young as 9 being given weight loss jabs on the NHS, and I think it shows just how utterly bullshit the “lack of research into long term impacts” excuse for banning puberty blockers for trans kids really was. It’s purely ideological.

Bei der WELT ist man ganz angetan von muslimischen Kitas in Deutschland, die von der türkischen Religionsbehörde DITIB betrieben werden, weil da gelten noch die richtigen Werte: Familie, Patriarchat und religiöser Fundamentalismus. Man fasst es nicht.

I know folks who've experienced conversion therapy outside the West and even they get a lot with sexuality being "fluid", attraction "fluctuating and changing over time", "don't be so rigid in your definitions" ... "because you'll grow out of it and find a man to settle down with and have kids--"
